Information collected

If you use the contact form, we collect the name, telephone number, email address, postcode, service selected and message you submit. The form also records the page from which the enquiry was sent so that we can understand the context.

Why we use it

JSR Roofing uses enquiry details to respond to your roofing request, discuss a quotation and arrange any next step you ask us to consider. We do not use the form to add people to a marketing list.

Email delivery

Enquiries are delivered by email using Postmark, a transactional email delivery service. The Postmark server token is kept on the server and is not sent to the browser. The owner of JSR Roofing controls the mailbox receiving enquiries.

Retention and your rights

Enquiry information may be retained for as long as is reasonably necessary to deal with the request, any quotation or related work, and to meet record-keeping needs. To ask what information we hold or request a correction, contact JSR Roofing at jsr-roofing@outlook.com.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no advertising or analytics scripts in its supplied build. The contact form uses a short-lived session for CSRF protection. Your browser or hosting provider may keep ordinary technical logs.
